ONCE UPON A SUNDAY - An annual Art Fair featuring local artisans, ethnic foods, and children's activities, held at The Ohio State University at Lima / James A. Rhodes State College, 4240 Campus Drive, (East of Lima off St. Rt. 309). The event takes place the last Sunday in September from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
